Using an existing structure, Brandt renovated and incorporated many sustainable features into the design of its facility. With this, Brandt has earned the distinct designation of being a LEED-Gold certified facility. Our corporate tour highlights 18 eco-features that are displayed throughout the facility. We focused on five LEED categories which are Brandt's areas of engineering and design expertise: Energy Efficiency, Mechanical Innovation, Water Efficiency, Sustainable Site, and Recycling/Reuse. A Collaborative Work Environment
Our customers expect an integrated approach to their building systems. To demonstrate this expertise, we purposefully placed our Mechanical and Electrical groups together to look for gaps, overlaps and cost savings opportunities using a whole-building approach. The centerpiece of this effort lies in our Building Information Modeling Room (BIM) that allows us to lead the coordination of all building trades and development teams on complex projects. Our approach is designed to save money and meet tight schedules using the latest in building technologies.
For our existing building customers, we take the same approach. Combining our services, retro-commissioning and special project groups together, Brandt creates a collaborative environment to help customers optimize comfort and productivity while driving energy and operational excellence.
